Easy Marketing Campaign Manager

1- a marketing campaign management software program. I need to be able to input contact information, name, phone, fax, address, email, etc, similiar to microsoft outlook. I also need to be able to upload marketing materials. word doc.s or pdfs. I need to be able to create marketing campaigns in user friendly way, by clicking on a link that says create a campaign, then "add a step" and then the step gives you the option to perform the action, (which will be an email,) on a specific date (calendar), or a day that occurs at a specified time (number of days) after the contact is enrolled in the campaign. At this point it will need to say "add a file or attachment?" and then I can connect the file with that email on that day. So if I have a 20 step sequence, and on days 4, an email needs to be sent, it will send the email with the specific attachment for that day. or no attachment if not chosen. These emails also will need to attach the contact information in an excel file and email that list with the marketing peice. I want this all to happen on one email per marketing peice per day. So if there are 30 contacts that need to have step 4 marketing piece sent out on the same day they all need to be on the one excel spreadsheet and then emailed to the recipient. This will happen for every marketing peice every day that it is scheduled, and after a large number of contacts are input, there will be multiple emails being sent everyday, with different attachments. Must suppport multiple campaigns at a time. I just need a basic software program that I can put my contacts in. Schedule and manage campaigns that will automatically email a reciepient whether it be the contact themselve or a fulfillment person with an excell spreadsheet and the file attached. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
