We have a project that will be based around this sample app request the statistics every (X) seconds. The resultant values will need to be added to a SQL database via an ODBC connector (to Mysql). Configuration settings will need to be stored in Windows Registry. We have a sample version that has already stored config information in the registry plus the writetoDB function added to the code. We need to be able to create a list of stats, workgroups, queues that is stored in the registry and used by the program to run the query requests. Knowledge of Genesys PureConnect would be useful.
