Contest Brief

I'm seeking a web designer with a knack for modern and minimalist aesthetics. The task involves creating a responsive design for the home page of my website https://tancirna.info/

Only redesign html+css, do not add any menu, no additional brainstorming, only redesign my elements which are on the page right now.

Key Requirements:
- Ability to translate design into functional web elements

Redesign current website (only the first index page).
You must keep all texts.
You must keep all buttons.
You must keep the dancing pair image (attached), you can crop it if necessary. You can place it at background or as HERO image. The webpage must be responsive and must look good on small displays as well as big ones.
