Contest Brief

I'm looking for a creative designer to help develop a real estate sign design. The sign will have a black background with white and dark pink writing, incorporating my company logo.

Key Tasks:
- Design for a standard yard sign (18x24 inches).
- Adapt the design for T-shirts and business cards.
- Include my company name and logo, as well as contact information on the sign.

The ideal freelancer for this project should have a strong background in graphic design and branding, ideally with experience in designing for the real estate industry. Please provide a portfolio of relevant work.
