Contest Brief

I'm seeking a designer to create a logo and favicon for my brand: Frugal Home Chef (FrugalHomeChef.org). The design should be playful and colorful, embodying a modern, minimalist style.

Key Requirements:
- Design should use transparent backgrounds.
- Requires two different versions. One to use on background color #1e73be and the other to use on light/white backgrounds.
- Deliver both PNG and SVG versions of the logo.
Logos must be royalty free and ownership is to be transferred to me upon acceptance and payment.

Ideal Skills:
- Expertise in modern, minimalist design.
- Proficiency in creating playful, colorful designs.
- Ability to work with specific color schemes.
