Need poster for new student housing development

Contest Brief

We currently operate a student housing community in Tampa (www.220madisontampa.com) We are developing a new student housing property called Albany Cigar Lofts. We have a student housing event on Wednesday and need a poster for the event similar to the attached poster created for our 220 Madison property. I have attached the original EPS file that you can modify. There are some renderings that you can download and use. Also, I have attached the ACAD files for the floor plans of the apartments and townhomes. The contact phone number to be used in the flyer is 813-649-3388.

I need to have this completed by 12PM EST time on Tuesday March 21st so I have time to print. I will pay $500 for this quick contest and another $500 in additional work that will be awarded to the successful contest winner for additional changes that we will need done in the future.
