Brief for the Logo

We need a logo for a new company that is called NEOCOGNITA Solutions.
NEOCOGNITA Solutions aims to provide a seamless one-stop shop for consulting in the Digital Fists space, Data and Business Intelligence, preparing businesses for digital Transformation, Software Development, Data Warehouse and development of AI solutions.
The logo must be graphically clean, modern, appealing, exciting, memorable, and elegant and contemporary.
The logo should signify trust, strength and dependability.
We need a LOGO and a Typeface for the name (NEOCOGNITA Solutions).
Name Neocognita and Solutions could be but do not need to be on two lines
We want to be able to use the logo separately from the company name in the future.
We would like to see a few variations from each designer.
The logo needs to have the ability to be printed as a positive or negative
We need a corporate logo.
We expect the winning entry to provide:
- a soft copy of the PSD or AI file as well as JPG/PNG
- a variation of the logo as a positive and negative
- Some stationary items are part of the visual identity (banner, letterhead, business card, brochure, email signature, etc.).
- Deliver the logo in appropriate sizes and quality for Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media.
- typeface used including a TTF font (designer to supply TTF font)
PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT logos only on premade templates used by freelancer, as ti would not give us the ability to see logo in a 2D.
- logo needs to adjust well to enlargement and reduction (for printing)
- all PSD/AI files need to be layered so that they are editable
- all logos MUST be unique works and not copies of someone else's work
What we will promise:
- regular chat and fast response/feedback to your questions/queries

Please DO NOT SUBMIT LOGOS using typical graphic designer templates (under angle, make them straight!) as they appear on a website.

    A few queries:

    Q: Does this mean that you need an ICON and the company name and the ICON is agnostic to the company name (NEOCOGNITA Solutions)?

    -- The logo needs to have the ability to be printed as a positive or negative
    Q: Could you please elaborate a bit on this? Are you referring to positive/negative space?

    Do you wish to have the different variations of the logos as separate entries or one entry with different variations?

    We would appreciate that the logo DOESN'T have to have brain as part of it despite having the word Cognita,

    Also, solutions that have logo as well as typeface will tend to be more acceptable
