About the company:
Pets Web is an innovative, pet-centric marketplace. Via our platform, pet owners are able to find a huge variety of products for their pets in competitive prices, and also pet services like: grooming, training, pet sitting, etc. Equally, business owners and freelancers are able to display their products and/or services.
We are also committed to helping animals in urban environments, collaborating with animal shelters, rescuing animals and finding homes for them, etc.

We wish for the platform to be accessible to everyone. The main concept is: Come to us to find everything you need to take care and spoil your pets. We know what you need to care for your pets and we will give you the tools to take care of them.

The desired style is modern, elegant, minimalist, yet friendly and innovative. It will be a new service for our target group that has not been seen before. The logo should be sleek and sophisticated, yet approachable, reflecting a blend of elegance and a sense of playfulness inherent in pet ownership. We wish to convey our love for all companioship animals.

Key Elements:
- A subtle use of a pet silhouette could be a nice touch, but we want to avoid anything too cutesy or overdone. The logo should maintain its minimalist and elegant appeal.

Color Scheme:
- We're open to any color palette that fits within the brief. Neutral tones could work well, but we're also interested in how warm or cool tones could enhance the design. Ultimately, we're trusting the designer's discretion to choose colors that best convey the brand's identity.
- No use of more than two different shades. We do not want a multicolored logo. Grey, black, white can be used as different shades, however.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- A strong portfolio of minimalist and elegant designs
- Experience in creating logos for marketplaces or pet-related businesses
- Ability to understand and translate brand values into design
- Excellent color theory skills
- Strong understanding of modern design trends

Files to be delivered after the contest:
All types of files we will need (jpeg/jpg, png, svg, eps, pdf) and the source files (.psd, .ai)

Edit: We would like to add a clarification about the colors. Two colors combinations like orange and green, green and purple, coral and turquoise, or any combination of two primary colors & black, white, gray, but no more than two colors are acceptable.

      Wow! So professional. I hope you never get customers. That is not a way to talk to a client. The contest holder has all the rights to reject any designs she wants even after rating it highly. Maybe contests are not for you if you can not handle the rejection.

    Thank you everyone for taking the time to submit several entries, for answering our requests and making adjustments. We appreciate your efforts.

    However, we would like to remind you all that:

    1) The contest still has 14 days to end, and we have another 30 days afterwards to award a design.


    2) We are 3 different people with different tastes and we must reach a unanimous decision. What one person likes and rates with 5 stars, the others might not like at all. So we have to reject it in the end. We are trying to narrow down our choices, decide on the style we like best, decide on the colors we like best etc. We also have to reverse search any designs we like in case they appear elsewhere.

    3) This is a Guaranteed contest. We *will* award a design. We will award the design that *all three of us* agree on.

    Again, thank you everyone. We have seen a lot of great and creative designs, even if we ended up rejecting them because one person of the three did not like them.
