I'm seeking a professional to create a floor plan for my 1 BHK studio apartment. The apartment features large windows that open towards a terrace, and my goal is to make the most of this space.

Key Requirements:
- Design a floor plan for personal use, not for rental or sale.
- Incorporate a minimalist interior design theme.
- Prioritize the layout of a large bedroom.
- Washroom to be in the North-West corner.

Hi, I have gone through you file , just wanted to clear a few point before starting on the layout plan - 1. few sizes are missing like column dimension, providing that will be helpful in creating a layout plan. 2. can we use wall for division of spaces of need to use wooden partitions , please confirm. 3. the layout will be in the back area i.e. around 14"-0"x21-0" and terrace space will be as it is ?

  Sure, the details are as under:
  1. Column dimention = 14"x10"
  2. You can insert a brick wall for division of spaces between the rooms.
  3. Yes, the layout will be in the back area and the terrace will be as is. I would be interested in a design that would open up to the terrace with big windows/glass doors as I wish to decorate the terrace too in the future with some greenery. If you want, you can incorporate that too in your design. Looking forward to see your entry. Thank you.
