This role will primarily involve managing emails, scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and performing other ad hoc tasks to ensure that I can focus on strategic business growth. Key Responsibilities: Email Management: Monitor and manage incoming emails, prioritize urgent messages, and respond or delegate tasks as needed. Scheduling Meetings: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls, ensuring optimal time management. Calendar Management: Maintain and update the executive’s calendar, resolve scheduling conflicts, and provide reminders for important deadlines and events. Task Coordination: Handle various ad hoc tasks on the go, such as booking travel, creating reports, and conducting research. Document Management: Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, presentations, and spreadsheets as required. Communication Liaison: Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication. Project Assistance: Support the executive in managing projects by tracking progress, setting reminders, and following up on key deliverables. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives. Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
