Job Description:
I’m seeking a skilled and proactive LinkedIn specialist for a 30-day project to manage lead generation and outreach campaigns for two businesses:
1. Your Space to Heal – Focused on securing corporate speaking engagements for mental health and wellness.
2. The Luxury Recharge Collection – A community for ambitious women learning to prioritize rest and recharge.
This role involves optimizing LinkedIn profiles, using Sales Navigator to target ideal clients, crafting personalized messages, and nurturing leads to build meaningful connections and drive engagement.
Responsibilities:
• Optimize LinkedIn profiles for both brands to align with their messaging and goals.
• Set up and refine Sales Navigator filters to accurately target potential leads.
• Send personalized connection requests to decision-makers (e.g., HR leaders, wellness advocates, women in leadership).
• Create and manage nurturing messages to build relationships and encourage sign-ups or inquiries.
• Track progress and provide weekly updates on connections, responses, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate to ensure messaging aligns with the tone and purpose of each brand.
Requirements:
• Proven experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation.
• Strong written communication skills for crafting engaging and personalized messages.
• Knowledge or experience in the wellness, mental health, or women’s leadership industries (preferred but not required).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
Project Duration:
30 days (with potential for extension based on results).

I am open to all prices when it comes to this give me YOUR PRICE but it will be done weekly because I want to see how well you perform - how many people you actually reach out too - how quick are etc so let’s say you will charge $100 for 30 day job (divide that by 4)
