Seeking someone who resides in Ontario (and, ideally, in the Thunder Bay Area) to provide first line technical support to a customer for our software. The software is a data entry application built using MS Power Apps. Training will be provided along with a FAQ document for referral. A login into our customer support portal will be provided and support questions will need to be responded to within 4 business hours. If they cannot be answered, they need to be escalated to second-line support within 4 business hours. Ideally, the ability to answer phone calls (they will have a single caller Id from our customer support portal) will be included.
