Just tell me a little bit about the underlying problem you're trying to solve and I'll handle the rest! * * * Welcome! If I placed a bid in your project, at least one of the following applies: (i) you have a focused project with clear requirements, in which case I have carefully read the specs and I'm confident it's viable and I have adequate expertise to deliver quality work under my bid conditions. (ii) you have a small project and/or I placed a cheap and/or strangely short bid, in which case you probably received a private message with details. It's possible I have a solution ready or an extremely efficient way to have the project done. (iii) you project is innovative, and/ or curious. I have a tendency to place lower bids in projects that challenge my skills. Perhaps that's the case :-) In case none of that applies, It's possible I'm not a good match -- or booked out -- and that's why I did not place a bid. The Freelancer platform is fantastic in that it connects a very broad diversity of people. Sometimes the competition is tough and I leave projects for more "experienced" or incautious bidders :-) If you landed here by recommendation of another client, he's probably right. Feel free to invite me to bid. Also, if you're not clear about an appropriate technology stack, a cheap & effective way to start the project on the right track is to pay me a coffee in Rio de Janeiro/Brazil. If you prefer, assigning me an hourly consultancy project is equally effective. Lastly, not all my skills are listed here. Right now I'm focused on Ruby but my work experience is very broad. If you have special requirements I'm happy to listen. Thank you for your attention. Good luck and best wishes!

Molecular Dynamics Application for Long-Range Interacting Systems on a Computational Grid Environment
Grid computing and applications workshop.
This paper presents the ongoing activities of the NextComp project. This project has as main objective to investigate the validity of nonextensive statistical mechanics for systems with long-range interactions, in particular the Hamiltonian Mean Field model. This will be achieved through molecular dynamics (MD) simulations by a parallel program taking advantages from Charm++ language. Development and tests are carried out in a Linux cluster environment, being our interest focused on a grid environment in or
Support Systems for Image Quality in Satellite terrain Stations
Remote Sensing Symposium
This paper describes two tools codenamed Marlin and Sailfish developed to allow visualization and quality evaluation of satellite images, and geometric and radiometric analysis and simulation of parameters involved in generating those images.
