WOOCOMMERCE EXPERT - Bundling Products Discount - Specific Products and Counts

We have a woocommerce check out problem ... cigar shop and the client only wants to give discounts on specific groups of cigars but ONLY in bunches of 10 ... so if you buy 10 get a 10% discount ... if you buy 15 then you get the discount on 10 but pay regular price for 5. Not all cigars in inventory get this discount plan - so need to segregate into particular groups to recieve the discount, and the discount ONLY occurs in groups of 10 on selected inventory.
