Convert File to .csv format

I have 2 data files with unknown format that I want to convert to .txt or .csv format. Code must be VB6 or some other form of Basic that requires little modifications for VB6. I've attached 2 example data files (.cvp extensions) and the resultant .csv files as examples. It is not absolutely necessary for all fields to be converted. The most important thing is for the columns of data to be translated. Note: "P test" has only 4 columns of data and "Test" has 8 columns. So I assume somewhere in the file a 4 or 8 must appear to designate this. The code you write should be able to determine the number of columns as this can be most anything from 4 to 10 columns.
