Job Requirement: Recruiter with People Management Experience Overview: We are seeking a Recruiter with experience in people management to join our team on a part-time basis (4-5 hours per week) for one month. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and evaluate the performance of a Virtual Assistant candidate during their 4-week paid interview period. This role involves observing their ability to follow project guidance, assessing their efficiency, and providing a comprehensive evaluation of their fit for the role by the end of December. Responsibilities: • Candidate Monitoring: Observe the Virtual Assistant candidate’s performance, including how they follow project guidance, handle feedback, and complete assigned tasks. • Progress Check-Ins: Attend live project syncs on Monday, Friday, and Saturday (morning PST) to understand project updates and candidate contributions. • Asynchronous Feedback Review: Review Tuesday to Thursday Loom video guidance provided to the candidate, including tasks, feedback, and project details, to track how the candidate executes instructions. • Documentation: Record and document observations about the candidate’s work quality, communication, and adaptability. • Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the candidate’s overall effectiveness in completing assigned tasks and meeting project goals. • End-of-Period Report: Prepare and present a detailed assessment of the candidate’s performance by the end of December to assist in the decision-making process. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Recruiter with a strong background in people management. • Ability to objectively evaluate and document candidate performance. • Strong communication and analytical skills to assess task execution and feedback implementation. • Availability for live project syncs on Monday, Friday, and Saturday (morning PST) and to review guidance/feedback videos provided on other days. • Organized and detail-oriented approach to tracking progress and reporting observations. Commitment: • Duration: 1 month (through December). • Hours: 4-5 hours per week. • Schedule: Live syncs on Monday, Friday, and Saturday (morning PST) and asynchronous review of guidance/feedback videos for Tuesday-Thursday. Outcome: At the end of the 4-week period, you will provide a structured assessment of the candidate’s performance, focusing on their ability to follow guidance, adapt to feedback, and deliver quality work. Your observations will be instrumental in determining the next steps for the candidate’s role.
