I'm looking for a versatile designer skilled in various design tools to assist in the creation and updating of our branded marketing materials and give them some life but also thinking about our demographic - we need to provide materials that will manage our older clientele (readability) and make things look fresh and exciting for our younger customer too. We would like to find someone that could eventually be on available to do future projects, when we have new materials to create. Key Responsibilities: - Redesign and update our menu - materials will be put online and printable - We would also request two or three types of menus since online and in person would be different - Create loyalty cards and or VIP cards - Help create our Cake Guide and Cake Book - Help create order forms and instructional documents for customers - Add brand graphics to signages, menus, and marketing leaflets - Edit images from our iPhone for our Square site - Prepare images for mobile and desktop - Develop social media and email templates - Design other necessary items The ideal candidate should have: - Extensive experience with various design tools - A keen eye for detail - Ability to meet deadlines - Experience in designing for both print and digital platforms - Some knowledge designing from a consumers perspective - Create a brand style guide to ensure consistency across all materials if we add items to our current brand guide (attached in brief) List of items we currently know need to be done now: - Update 3 TO 4 Menus (some need a new layouts + all need to be jazzed up a bit with some fun graphics) - Create Cake Guide (digital experience - will be shown on an ipad). but also the option to make a physical book too - Create Cake Gallery (digital experience - will be shown on an ipad). but also the option to make a physical book too - Order forms for cakes - Instructional leaflets (for example: How to store our cakes / Warming up Pate Chauds / How best to eat our cakes / etc) - VIP Cards for our Seniors and long standing customers - Maybe Loyalty Card - Signage for about the bakery - posters / small display signs ( 2 to 5 signs to make)
