- Collecting pertinent information and asking qualifying questions during calls including gauging interest in comparing offers from vetted cash buyers at no obligation, property details, seller motivation, preferred selling timeline.
Ideal candidates should have:
- Proven experience in cold calling, preferably in real estate investment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Knowledge of Florida, Texas, and California real estate markets would be a plus.
