I'm looking for a dedicated professional to manage and market my Minecraft server aimed at casual players. Your primary tasks will include:
- Community Management: Foster a positive and engaging environment for our players. You should have strong interpersonal skills to handle any disputes and maintain a healthy community.
- Social Media Marketing: Promote our server on various platforms to attract competitive players. Experience with gaming-specific social media channels will be a plus.
- Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with influencers, streamers, and other gaming communities to expand server reach.
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality content including videos, blogs, and tutorials to promote the server and provide valuable resources to players.
Ideal candidates will have a strong background in community management, particularly within the gaming sector, and proven skills in social media marketing. Prior experience with Minecraft servers will significantly enhance your bid.
The primary goal for the server in the next 6 months is to significantly increase the player base. Our goal is to new players to the server.
Focus on YouTube and Twitch for promoting the server and creating high-quality content. The current player base is less than 100 players. The budget for this project is 200$ to 400$
