We look for people based in the USA, California area is going to be the best place as we do operations in the LA zone. Responsibilities for Sales Representative Prospect and qualify new sales leads Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects Cold email and cold call Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers 2-4 years of sales experience Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships Excellent interpersonal skills The roles is based on commission base and our projects and work usually startsat 30k

I have 15 years in Europe selling the same thing you are offering from my offices in Amsterdam! I made the first estate agency datbase in Nice, in 1999 and was the first to do pay-per-click on the Costa del Sol (Sotogrande) in Spain the same year. I can sell this product easy with the assistance you all are providing I was born in LA and know that, if you are there, you need Spanish.
