I'm seeking an experienced sales professional to work with my intermediate-level team as both a manager and coach.
- Your primary goal in this role will be to coach and train the team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- You will work with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that will help us increase our revenue.
Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven track record in sales, as well as experience in managing and coaching sales teams. Experience in developing sales strategies is also highly desirable.
As the intermediary experience of the team suggests, you should have a good understanding of both basic and more advanced sales techniques, to be able to support the growth of the team efficiently.
Your success in this role will be measured by the increase in sales revenue as well as the improved performance of the sales team.
