I am flexible, motivated, and multi-skilled HR professional with ten years of work experience in international organizations.
Currently I work as an HR Manager. As an HR Manager my responsibilities include different human resource management activities: conducting recruitment for regular positions, prepare employment and consultancy contracts; updating and developing HR policies and procedures, orient new employees to the policies and procedures; prepare training and development plan; conduct exit to determine if corrective action may be needed to retain valued employees, prepare payroll, monthly health insurances, maintain personnel files, organizing and conducting annual and 360 degree performance evaluations, work in the timesheet software, participate in the process of HR and internal audit.
Recently, I obtained a CIPD L5 Diploma in Human Resource Management, and I am Associated member of CIPD. I am skilled in diverse areas including HR management, managing and coordinating the HR functions, employment law, talent and performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, and using information in HR.
In addition, I am mentor at business accelerator to help business entities in HR and Grants Management. My ability to multi-task, strong attention to detail and hard-working nature makes me also fully capable of performing HR tasks.
