Economist Humor Website

I need a website that is oriented towards economists and professional to provide relative humor for economics. I want something simple, attractive, and fresh. Please email me a sample design if you are interested. I will need a system in place for newsletter subscription and for visitors to be able to rate postings. The humor content will take the form of drawings/ cartoons, so I will need to all posts to have the ability to open in shadowbox effect. I cannot stress the need for SIMPLICITY. I can manage the content on my own. I just don't have the time to design the site. The closest website that I could find with a design similar to what I would like is based off of a wordpress theme called comicpress. I will need a home page with the main feature being most recent posts and the most vied/top rated posts. A drawing/cartoon content page where all content is organized by category and on area with the most recent posts. It needs to be setup so I can easily add/remove categories. A text page where all non image based humor will be posted and needs to have the same features as the content page. About us page with space for information on two people and the ability to add more profiles with ease. Contact us page where visitors can email us and contribute content. This is an important feature that I will need. The shadowbox effect to to open the comics in a bigger format is an important feature that I must have. simplicity is what I am going for.
