Hi, From the looks of it, you would be using carbon fiber tubes, not any type of custom molded carbon fiber parts. The lead screw at the very bottom will also be made out of some metal not carbon fiber. Only the tube-like structures present in the image will be either made out of solid or hollow carbon fiber tubes. In this case, I can easily design the tapered mast in fusion 360 for you. You said it's going to be used for aerospace needs, though I do not think it's going to mount on any type of plane (can't see any use for that), so maybe it's for some type of satellite/space object?
