I need a lawyer in india to work with me live on video meetings to create a plan to take action against persons under breaches of IPC and report to police

My software developer in conjunction with another person who is current employee of a large company has committed on me financial crimes which is covered by the IPC. There has been Fraud, obtaining a financial advantage by deception & forgery by the employee on letterhead with name & signature of the CEO containing the deception. Many other issues of the fraud. The aim is to provide a letter threaten that if certain things are not done ( and take action if necessary) The lawyer needs to be in regular contact me and show that things are really being done The aim of the actions is to give me control of the access codes to the server, which he has or to force server host to give to me. Then i can see if the webapps i created with him are finished & if not force him to do that or have action taken, want to have created a legal letter from a lawyer in India that says this, and be able to take the action, including report the crime to the police to have him charged with offences under the IPC I also want to do the same thing to his friend who works for a famous company to give me the licences paperwork & code of completed work that he did for me. The lawyer should also work with me to create a strategy and resulting letter for action against the multi national company for whom one of the perpetrators work.
