Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for organizing the marketing operation system and media placement management work of the brand on channels such as TikTok and Xiaohongshu, focusing on influencer-led sales and seeding marketing.
2. Based on product positioning & customer profiling, develop and implement content planning and marketing strategies, including influencer combination models, detailing seeding scenarios, etc., effectively increasing the quantity and quality of brand content, thereby improving the brand's search popularity and content click-through interaction rate on the platform.
3. Develop KOL/KOC/MCN resources, manage external partnership agencies, and promote collaborations with influencers.
4. Compile and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring data, traffic data, marketing data, product data, etc., and be accountable for the GSV target.
5. Responsible for daily seeding and sales management, establishing a comprehensive working system, and ensuring proper construction, management, and evaluation.
Job Requirements:
1. Associate degree or above, with one year or more experience in broadcast activities on Tiktok/Xiaohongshu, and a strong business acumen.
2. Deep understanding of TikTok platform mechanics, possessing resources for host/influencer collaborations, with a preference for those having resources in the beauty industry.
3. Possess good communication skills, stress resistance, and a strong ability to embrace new knowledge.
4. Proactive at work, good at self-driving and improving.
5. Have a sense of brand awareness, able to accurately and comprehensively convey the value and core concepts of the brand.
