£18-36 GBP / hour
As a skilled recruiter, you will assist in sourcing candidates for our organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize diverse tools and strategies to identify suitable candidates for open roles.
- Screening Resumes: Review incoming resumes and applications to determine the best fit for job requirements.
- Conducting Interviews: Lead initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinating with Hiring Managers: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure an efficient hiring process.
Ideal candidates will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to assess candidates accurately. Familiarity with various sourcing platforms and tools is a plus. We are open to considering candidates for both technical and non-technical roles.
