I'm in need of a qualified expert who can formulate a liquid organic pesticide using essential oils to combat bacterial diseases in chilli crops. The pesticide must be suitable for foliar spray application and capable of curing all bacterial diseases affecting chilli plants. The ultimate goal is to produce this pesticide in bulk quantity for large scale use.
