PDF Graphics Enhancement with Tree Visuals

I need a skilled FAST graphic designer to edit a PDF document (Document A) by incorporating tree, shrub, and wall paint graphics as they look and feel in the other document (Document B). The modifications should be done using vector software like Adobe Illustrator while ensuring the resolution and layers are maintained. If Photoshop is utilized, all layers must also be preserved.
