Product design guru (UI/UX expert) to audit existing LMS

I'm looking for a UI/UX expert or Product Designer to conduct a thorough review of the user experience flow of my existing Learning Management System (LMS). The focus will be primarily on the overall navigation and ease of use of the system to improve user engagement and reduce training effort.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in UI/UX design and evaluation
- Proven track record with Learning Management Systems
- Strong analytical skills to assess user experience flow
- Excellent communication skills to provide clear, actionable feedback
Why are we doing this review?
Our LMS has evolved over the years and different developers & consultants worked on it. They didn't follow a guidelines and we didnt have a dedicated UI/UX person in the team. So the interface lacks consistency in the look & feel (color, buttons, placement of controls/action, consistency across the pages etc.). The navigation is not optimized and it is getting harder for our customers to use the platform. Additionally, new users are finding it hard to onboard and often abandon the platform. We are not able to engage our customers (students and teachers) - most of them need lot of training.
What would you do?
- Review our platform - user interace for consistency, look & feel and provide report to improve so that our developers can incorporate
- Create a guideline document which will incorporate all UI/UX priciples - this document will be the basis for future development
- Improve navigation for different roles
- Redesign dashboard for new and existing users - 4-5 pages
- Work with our analyst who will be the point of contact and bridge between you and the developers.
- Review changed screens (changes done as per your suggestions)
You are not redesigning the complete platform - that may be phase 2. We dont have time and budget to redesign completely. We need to bring changes slowly but constantly.
