*I would like to build a website that will allow users to pay for an account and send emails through my platform.

*Features to include:
Administrator super user with full control of all site functionality.
Admin should be able to set up e-mail deliverability for all users, ie using a different server to deliver emails.
(Question: Can user set up their own pop email to deliver emails from our system?)
User pays for upgraded version with credit card subscription
No free version available.
User uploads full customer contact lists
E-mail contacts can be grouped
Bounce e-mails set up to remove bad emails
E-mail validation and verification service with api
User can build email templates
User can save email templates
Send mass e-mails (Syncronized by timer and limit per day)
Send individual e-mail
User sends op-in verification email when adding list
