We are looking for a highly skilled Personalized Communication Specialist to take on the unique responsibility of messaging on behalf of an individual or brand, building authentic relationships while maintaining the voice, tone, and personality of the person or entity being represented. This role requires an expert in digital communication, relationship-building, and adapting to different personalities and communication styles.
The ideal candidate will be able to embody the persona of the person they are messaging as, whether it’s an executive, a celebrity, or a company representative, and engage with contacts in a manner that feels personal, genuine, and consistent.
Key Responsibilities:
Message on Behalf of [Person/Brand]: Compose and send messages on behalf of the person or brand, ensuring that each message reflects their unique tone, language, and personality. This may include emails, social media messages, and direct communication through various digital platforms.
Build and Maintain Relationships: Proactively engage with clients, influencers, fans, and business partners, developing meaningful and long-term relationships. Ensure the communication is warm, personable, and consistent with the persona of the person being represented.
Adapt to the Persona: Master the specific style, tone, and preferences of the person or brand you are representing. Whether the person is informal, professional, witty, or formal, you will need to match their communication style in every message.
Personalized Outreach: Tailor each message for the recipient, ensuring it feels one-on-one and personal while still adhering to the overarching persona. Show empathy and genuine interest in the recipient’s needs and experiences.
Maintain Confidentiality: Handle all sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion. Messages should never disclose private or personal details unless explicitly permitted.
Manage Multiple Conversations Simultaneously: Handle multiple messaging threads across various platforms while ensuring timely and thoughtful responses, keeping track of ongoing conversations, and ensuring follow-up when necessary.
Stay on Top of Brand/Persona Updates: Keep up-to-date with the latest news, updates, or preferences of the person or brand you are representing, adapting communication as needed. This includes staying in tune with their social media presence and public messaging.
Monitor Engagement: Track responses, sentiment, and engagement across messaging platforms. Report on the effectiveness of relationship-building efforts and adapt strategies as necessary.

Exceptional Writing Skills: The ability to mimic the writing style, tone, and voice of the person or brand you represent, whether it’s professional, casual, humorous, or formal.
Empathy & Emotional Intelligence: Understanding the emotions and needs of the person you’re messaging as, and translating that into responses that resonate with the recipient.
Discretion and Integrity: You will be representing someone’s personal or professional image, so confidentiality, trustworthiness, and attention to detail are critical.
Relationship-Building Skills: Expertise in developing meaningful, lasting relationships with clients, followers, partners, or fans.
Adaptability & Flexibility: Ability to switch between different personas, tones, or communication strategies depending on the context and audience.
Familiarity with Digital Communication Platforms: Proficiency in managing communication across email, social media (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), and messaging apps.
Excellent Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple ongoing conversations and prioritize messages based on importance and urgency.
