Publish and improve the libre 3D atlas of anatomy

Good morning, The mission is to finalize the app 'Z-anatomy' ([login to view URL]) ([login to view URL]), to set up a functional webviewer linked to a database from it. This is the first open source 3D atlas of gross anatomy and I'd like to be able to update its content autonomously. The license is CC-BY-SA and the authorship will go to 'BodyParts3D', 'Lluis Vinent' and 'Z-Anatomy'. The tools need to be set up for and be owned by the client. Profile: >3 years of experience in tailored projects in Unity Experience in the set up and use of databases Good organization and communication skills Necessary missions (estimated 100 euros): Share the project on Unity Hub Create a database containing a .csv file (the translations) and a series of texts (the definitions), Link it to the objects (the anatomical structures) through the existing functions already set up, Adapt the app for Windows, Mac and Linux, Set up a functional and reactive web viewer, Explain how to paste it on a website and how to update it, Optional missions (estimated 140 euros): Allow to navigate between the proposition of the searchbar using the arrows: -To work like any navigator only when a search is going on (keep rotation with arrows otherwise) Keep H/P shortcut and click things to hide: -Instead of only selecting and hiding, the user could maintain the shortcut (H or P) and pick what to hide progressivly. Press 1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/8/0 (above the letters) to show/hide the main collections: -The state of visibility of the objects has to be stored and recovered. Add the bonus collections in the searchbar options: -A bonus collection is a list of objects. The name of the list should appear in the searchbar and the objects whose name is in the list should be selected when this bonus collection is selected. See in the Unity project for the bonus collections as in this 'BONUS' sheet: ([login to view URL]) Keep 'H' shortcut pressed and click one or several things to hide progressively: -This function would be added on besides the existing selecting and hiding function. Add the possibility to modify size and side of the lateral windows (Lexicon and Definitions): -The cursor would become a double-arrow when passing on the edge of the window and it could be resized. Showing children-objects without their parent: -Hiding the parent hides the children, but showing a child should only show the parent if the child is a label (suffix '.t' and '.s') Showing the bonus collections in the first pop-up when right clicking a structure in the 3D space -Instead of RMB>Structures>...; these structures would appear directly with the other options (Hide; Isolate;...) Advanced mission (Estimated 200 euros): Create widgets to open the atlas on a particular structure from a link: -A suffix would be added to the URL of the website for each object of the scene; opening this link would select the object.
