Floor Plan Modifications for Residential Space

I'm looking for a skilled professional to make some modifications to a floor plan I have.
Key Tasks:
- Modify existing rooms or spaces by changing their dimensions and layout
-Add Jack and Jill Bathrooms and make enough space for a mutual play area/common area between rooms.
- Ensure all modifications are suitable for a residential use
-Do this by using this picture or make a new plan- whatever is easier.
To clarify, the picture is the only thing I have at this time. This does not have to be a professional floor plan but more for us to see and submit for options before we get real plans made up.
-I need to add 2 jack/jill bathrooms between the 2nd/3rd and 4th/5th bedrooms-getting rid of the den and adding a 5th bedroom.
-I would like the Breakfest nook to become an open pantry.
-Switch the office and current dining room. Letting the new dining room be open to the kitchen (getting rid of the walk-in pantry.
