Development of a Microsoft 365 Copilot Agent for Competency-Based Interviews

I invite qualified freelancers to submit proposals for the development of a Microsoft 365 Copilot-based agent to enhance and streamline our organization’s competency-based interview process. The solution should be robust, user-friendly, and scalable to meet our organizational needs. Below are the detailed specifications for this project: Project Overview The project aims to develop an intelligent Microsoft 365 Copilot agent that assists our staff in conducting competency-based interviews. The agent will guide users through the entire process, from initiating the interview to generating comprehensive interview reports, including candidate ranking and evaluation. Additionally, the selected freelancer will provide necessary training to our team for replication and maintenance of the process and deliver comprehensive documentation, including architectural diagrams and component descriptions. Scope of Work The freelancer will be responsible for delivering the following: 1. Development of Microsoft 365 Copilot Agent Features and Capabilities: - Enable staff to define job-specific competencies and associated interview questions. - Facilitate the creation of structured interview frameworks. - Record responses during the interview (using audio, text, or both) with integration to Microsoft Teams or other Microsoft 365 applications. - Automatically generate interview summaries and detailed evaluation reports. - Rank and evaluate candidates based on pre-defined criteria, providing transparent and customizable scoring mechanisms. - Provide real-time suggestions and insights during interviews to enhance decision-making. Integration Requirements: - Fully integrate with Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint. - Ensure compatibility with Azure Active Directory for authentication and role-based access. 2. Staff Training Train two staff members from our organization on: Using and managing the Microsoft 365 Copilot agent. Replicating and customizing the process for other use cases. Provide practical demonstrations and hands-on sessions to ensure comprehensive understanding. 3. Documentation Deliver detailed architectural diagrams illustrating the system’s components, data flow, and integrations. Provide a comprehensive description of all components, libraries, APIs, and tools used in the development. Include a user guide/manual for both technical and non-technical users. Deliverables The following deliverables are expected: A fully functional Microsoft 365 Copilot agent with the features outlined above. Training sessions and training materials for two staff members. Architectural diagrams and documentation of the solution. Technical and Best Practice Requirements Ensure the solution adheres to best practices in development, security, and user experience design.
