You will not be directly hired on this platform. You will be awarded and paid for every client successfully closed. $300 CAD for every client successfully closed You will be responsible for managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Key Responsibilities - Lead generation/Prospecting - Lead qualification/nurturing - Outbound Outreach - Appointment Setting/ Scheduling - Sales negotiation and closing - Reporting sales and management Requirements -- Minimum of 2-5 years of full-cycle sales experience. - Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets. - Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in using sales tools and technology. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients and articulate complex ideas simply. - Excellent negotiation and closing skills. - Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deals simultaneously. - Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently - Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new products, services, and sales techniques.
