Job Title: AI Workflow Integration Consultant
Scope of Work: To support the setup of a simplified AI-powered workflow for project monitoring and real-time insights using existing tools and APIs. The consultant will focus on integrating OpenAI GPT for project-specific queries, optimizing data workflows, and ensuring efficient operation within budget constraints.
Responsibilities:
AI Model Configuration:
Fine-tune OpenAI GPT for project-specific questions and monitoring tasks.
Optimize API usage for real-time response efficiency.
Workflow Integration:
Link UiPath, ABBYY FineReader, Autodesk Forge Viewer, and OpenAI GPT into a seamless workflow.
Ensure anonymized data from Accelario integrates smoothly with AI systems.
Testing and Validation:
Conduct robust tests to ensure system accuracy, including edge-case scenarios.
Validate real-time query responses for accuracy and relevance.
Documentation and Handover:
Create clear documentation for system setup and maintenance.
Train internal IT staff to manage and scale the workflow after deployment.
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
Expertise in OpenAI GPT fine-tuning and integration.
Experience with automation tools like UiPath.
Familiarity with OCR and CAD processing tools (e.g., ABBYY FineReader, Autodesk Forge Viewer).
Proficiency in data handling, anonymization, and compliance workflows (Accelario).
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communicator, capable of training IT staff.
Preferred Experience:
Prior integration of AI systems for workflow automation.
Knowledge of construction or engineering data workflows is a plus.
