I am looking for a professional with expertise in Power Automate to help me extract data from two sources: an auction website and a real estate website (Zillow or [login to view URL]). The final output should be an Excel spreadsheet containing the extracted data as described below. Key Tasks: Auction Website (Grey Columns) Extract all the data from the grey columns (as per the attached example) on the Atlantic County and Cape May County auction websites. The data should be saved in an Excel spreadsheet. Each county’s data should be saved on a separate tab or a separate file. Real Estate Website (Purple Columns) For each property listed on the auction website, match its address with the details available on either Zillow or Realtor.com. Extract all the columns in purple (as per the attached example) and add this data into the same spreadsheet under corresponding rows. Preserve Notes in Red Column Include a column for notes (in red) where I can write information about specific properties. When the script is run again, these notes should stay attached to the relevant property, even if the rows are shuffled or if new rows are added. This can be achieved by using a unique identifier (e.g., Case Number or Address). Requirements: The script should allow me to run it manually whenever needed. No fixed scheduling is required. Provide instructions or a demo on how to run the script on my own. Ensure data accuracy and properly organize the Excel output.
