For someone who knows Powershell this should be a quick task. I tried to do it with the old CMD script method but I'm told only Powershell will generate a zip file. It will be great if that person knows about Bash, but that is not so important now. Of course, that person should document everything about the scripts, and also he/she should follows a proper coding style. I would like you to create a script, preferable in Powershell which will use the Broadsoft API to change a specific setting on a user profile, for an example the "caller id". With this script i can let a user quickly change there caller id, without having them to log into their customer portal. This script can be expanded to larger set of functions, but this one is the most important one and the first step to see if this is possible. The golden solution is to have a branded app i can publish where the user can login with their portal credentials and change their number from their, but i expect this is quite difficult.
