PHP Logic Updates

I have had a program created that allows users to manage, create and organise a sports draw system. The system generates a draw based on teams and randomises their place in the draw. The problem is, the required algorithm needed for the draw is very complex and I am having trouble finding someone who can program it in the way it needs to be. Here as a small example of what I mean and how the draw is needed. A team consists of four riders where each rider receives 3 runs. Each configuration of 3 riders can only run once. So 4 people amounts to four runs. Run 1: Rider 1, Rider 2, Rider 3 Run 2: Rider 4, Rider 1, Rider 2 Run 3: Rider 3, Rider 4, Rider 1 Run 4: Rider 2, Rider 3, Rider 4 A Team of 5 Riders Run1: 1, 2, 3 Run2: 4, 5, 1 Run3: 2, 3, 4 Run4: 5, 1, 2 Run5: 3, 4, 5 Six people amounts to 6 runs. Run1: 1, 2, 3 Run 2: 4, 5, 6 Run 3: 1, 3, 5 Run4: 2, 4, 6 Run 5: 3, 4, 1 Run 6: 2, 5, 6 A team of seven riders. Run1: 1, 2, 3 Run2: 4, 5, 6 Run3: 7, 1, 2 Run4: 3, 4, 5 Run5: 6, 7, 1 Run6: 2, 3, 4 Run7: 5, 6, 7 I need someone to help with writing the code to perform this logically.
