Magneto 2.1 - B2B Customer Account Approval, No Price for non Logged in Users -- 2

We re running Magneto 2.1 as our website. We are using the ultimo theme. We need to create it to be more B2B. You must create a module, no short cuts by change base code. What is required are: 1.) Account Approval - When a customer signs up for an account an admin will receive an email and the admin must login and manually approve the account. 2.) No Price for non Logged in Users - Only logged in users will be show a price , quantity box, and the add to cart button, otherwise 3.) Change the color of in Stock and out of stock to green and red respectively , or instead of showing text an image will show (In stock, out of stock) 4.) Create a custom "sign up' form to our specs, and a custom "contact us' for to our specs. This is a relatively simple project, nothing we couldn't purchase at Magneto Marketplace, but we would like to have this in one module instead of multiple ones.
