car model painted

I am looking for an experienced model painting expert to paint my model Fiat 124 Spider. I want the car painted black, with stripes and accents to match my existing car. I'd like to have this project completed within the next month. The painter should have the proper tools and experience to complete this project efficiently and accurately. The green and red stripes should match the colors of the Italian flag (sometimes they look a little off in pictures). Note the color of the stripes reverse from the hood to the trunk deck. The model car is currently gray and measures about 6.5"x3.0" I live in Mesquite, TX. The model is die cast 1:24 scale by Bburago. On the exhaust, the tips only should be painted black to match my car (the model is currently silver). The artist does not have to try to replicate the spoiler, side skirts, and front lip. If someone is experienced in modelling and could add those, that would be a consideration in selecting whom I hire. If possible the "Itsy Bitsy" script on the side stripes and "S1P2D4R" on the license plates should be mimicked on the model.
