Implement Track Changes in CodeMirror/Monaco

I'm looking for an experienced developer to help me integrate a 'track changes' feature into either CodeMirror (version 6) or the Monaco Editor. I'm open to suggestions on which editor would be more suitable for this task.
Key Requirements:
- Implement tracking for various changes including text additions/removals, format changes, and comment insertions/deletions.
- Display the tracked changes inline with the text and on a sidebar
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with either CodeMirror or Monaco Editor.
- Previous work implementing similar features would be a plus.
- Good understanding of tracking changes in collaborative text editing.
