Multi-Family Home Estimator Needed

I'm in need of a seasoned estimator to perform take offs for multi-family homes. The initial task will be a drywall take off quantified in board feet and broken down per unit.
Your tasks will include:
- Full building takeoff, one job at a time
- Future take offs will encompass various materials beyond drywall, including but not limited to insulation, flooring, and painting
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Bluebeam or AutoCad
- Able to follow provided examples for take off results
- Experience with multi-family home estimating is a plus
- Detail-oriented and able to breakdown materials per unit
The ideal candidate will be able to provide accurate and timely estimates, paving the way for a long-term working relationship.
