How to move a site to a new host using cpanel jobs

I upgraded my server at hostgator from centos7 to almaviva. The upgrade was done by hostgator teadm, but some websites have stoped to work and they say is that there extra modules or extensions that needs to be installed. I need help for that, using whm cpanel. My old server is still available so its possible to compare previous configuration with current one.
