We believe this to be a quick and easy project for the right developer! We have a 1 page google sheet that we would like to turn into both a web and mobile cross-platform app. The functionality is very simple, with a few table lookups and buttons going across the top and down the side to select a cross-reference. The Google sheet works fine, but it's slow and has limited conditional formatting capability. It literally just does a lookup for Row and places a value in a cell, same for Column, and then greys-out non-selected rows and columns to indicate the intersection.
