I am NOT looking for a functioning website but a few pages (about 5 total) that take the elements of my wire-frame and make it look like a real modern website / webapp. For example, my current prototype has uneven spacing, basic black icons, poor font choice, uninspiring color scheme, and generally looks like it was put together quickly. Your end result should design around the elements of my prototype but have modern color, typography, layout, buttons, icons, etc. You are welcome to upgrade the UI with more modern elements / design as you see fit.
