I'm seeking an experienced interior designer/3D rendering expert to create detailed visualizations of various rooms in a new construction project. The spaces to be rendered include the kitchen, dining room, living room, master suite, laundry room, and all bathrooms. The designs should adhere to a modern aesthetic, utilizing a neutral color palette.

Key components of the project:

- Use of Materials: The design should be simplistic with dry walls with furniture and finishings, alongside fabric and leather elements.
- Floor Plan: The renderings should be based on the attached floor plan, with furniture and finishings in place.
- Style Consistency: All rooms should reflect a cohesive modern design, using neutral tones throughout.

Ideal candidates should possess a strong portfolio in modern interior design and 3D rendering, with a keen understanding of spatial relationships and aesthetic harmony. Experience with working on full home designs is preferred. Please include relevant samples of your work with your proposal.
