We didn't hire her for the robotic translation! We want to mention that she is a very impolite and mannerless person who doesn't have an idea of how to treat their client. She missed the deadline, she asked for extra payment when she supposed to deliver the work. We added it but on the very next day, she delivered a very bad quality translation which we couldn't use at all. If we got a chance to provide minus feedback then we might have done that. Because that was all about our reputation.
