Experienced Graphic, Website and UI/UX Designer for App Screens

Good day to you, Development not required, just the design into html and css is needed. I am looking for an experienced graphic, website, ui/ux designer to create/ design a number of screens, notifications and emails for a new platform to be built. I don't mind which app you use to design the screens, as long as the output files are html and css. Below you will find a description of each screen needed, along with a link through to a template screen that I feel could be used as a great starting point for each screen - 80% of the screens could be considered 80% done, so to speak... Saying the above, there will need to be a discussion on each of the individual screens, and how they will need to end up looking and the information areas that each will contain. The notifications and emails design will be considerably simpler. In short, with the links through to a template, I feel this will be quite a straightforward project for a suitably experienced designer to complete. • Dashboard - [login to view URL]  Across the top would be Open Grants, Applying For, Value Applying For  Progress: Grants Applying for, View will take them to the Grant Page for the grant  Weekly Sales: Total Grant Amount Won  Top Trainers: Top Tasks. Will show the two staff with most Tasks outstanding. View all will take them to the Teams List  Search Bar: Search Grants by Name  Next section below search: List of Grants o Calendar showing overview of what is happening in each month o Opening Soon (Five soonest then ‘show more’ option for complete list) o Closing Soon (Five soonest then ‘show more’ option for complete list) o Upcoming Reporting (Five upcoming with dates then ‘show more’ option) o Tasks (Five outstanding tasks, with person task assigned to shown, then a ‘show more’ option at bottom) • Profile / Account o Profile (name, email, phone, position, profile image) o Account information (location, language, time and date format, other?)  [login to view URL] (Input - Filled) o Organisation information • Subscription and Receipts • Payment Information - [login to view URL] (Input - Masks) • Signup x 2 screens - [login to view URL] o First: First name, Org name, Email, Phone  Then: Last name, Org address, ABN, URL • Password recovery - is linked to from the Login page • Login/ Logout - [login to view URL] o 2FA? If so, which option? • Main Grant Screen - [login to view URL] . This will need many more columns, as laid out in the Concept document but at its base, it is a great design to start with. We only need the list view, no other layout options are required. o Grant Manager  Add a Grant – date picker: [login to view URL] (Datepicker - Basic) for closing date, reporting dates etc  Individual Grant Page • Complete information • Tasks • Add file to File Vault for grant  Notification Alerts o Entered grants are added to the kanban board - [login to view URL] • File Vault - [login to view URL] o Lists of Files uploaded with info on each o Add File, name file, file type added by platform • Team Space - [login to view URL] o List of team members added to system • Team Members Page - [login to view URL] this screen will need to be trimmed down, and have area names changed to reflect Tasks and Grants Involved with. Misc Screens Successful registration confirmation – “thank you for confirming your registration. We look forward to saving you hours and hours and hours and hours of your time around your grant applications and management of them” Notifications & Emails • Notification: Grant successfully added – Close / Add another • Email: You have a new task assigned to you. Please click this link to view it. • Email: “You have been added as a team member for Grant Maestro. Please click the following link to login and set your password.” • Notification: “Team member, first and last name, has accepted your invitation to join Grant Maestro.” • Notification: “Admin firstname has assigned a new task to you. Please click the following link to view the task” • Email: “Thank you for joining us at Grant Maestro. Please click the following link to confirm your registration. If you are receiving this email in error, you don’t need to do anything.” ***need a caricature?? • Email: Reminders for Main Grant Screen upcoming dates, as selected by user – “As we’d hate for you to miss an important event. This is a reminder that there is an upcoming date for this grant, as entered in Grant Maestro. • Email: “Your payment for Grant Maestro has been received. Thank you.” • Email: “Your payment for Grant Maestro has failed, please check your payment information so we can try again in 48-hours.” Onboarding Need to provide some level of onboarding step-through for new Admin users. A place to start is by including a version of the following screen upon successful registration - [login to view URL] (dialogs - tabs navigation) All up I believe there are the following to be designed • 18 Screens • 6 Emails • 3 Notifications ### Bid Requirements - Submit your cost estimate for the project. Placeholder bids should use $222. Accurate bids are preferred and will be considered more seriously. - Provide a timeline for project completion. - Only bid if your average rating is 4.9 or 5 stars. ### Notes - Only shortlisted designers will be contacted. - We reserve the right to not award the project if a suitable designer isn’t found.
